We remain available to serve you. Please call (573) 642-6898 to make arrangements for new water service or to pay your bill with a debit or credit card. Customers can still pay their water bill onsite; our Drive Thru is open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or by placing their payment in our drop box located @ 2610 North Westminster Ave. Fulton, MO 65251.

Callaway 2 Water District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Payment
If paying Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. For first time use you will need to create an account, click on consumer registration and follow the prompts. You will need your full name and account # as it appears on your bill.
- You can pay with debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover)
- The bill should be available for payment by the 1st working day of each month. You will have from the 1st to the 15th to pay without any penalties. After the 15th the amount due will include a 10% penalty.
- PLEASE NOTE: A $60.00 fee is added onto all monthly payments not made by 4:00 p.m. (CT) on the 23rd of each month.
- You must have a valid email address in order to use the online payment option. You must receive an email to verify your payment is processed. Please contact our office at 573-642-6898 immediately if you do not receive an email.
- If you have any questions, please contact our office during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (CT) Monday through Friday.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to P.O. Box 728, Fulton, MO 65251. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the 8th of each month. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the "Auto Pay Form" located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, or credit / debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover). To avoid longer wait times, please pay earlier in the month when possible.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
